Episode Overview:

One of Dr. Cooper's young patients asks him to make a house call to remove the cast from his arm. When Cooper arrives at the home he sees the home is in disarray as a result of a hoarder. He suspects the young boy asked him to the home so it would trigger some help for his Mom who collects junk. The reason for the hoarding is tragic but needs to be addressed or she will lose her son. Meanwhile...Dell is having a hard time with his daughter who is angry with him for not allowing her to say goodbye to her mother before she passed away. But she doesn't understand the reason she wasn't allowed. Dell must try and convince her he was acting in her own best interest.
